Multiple Sunday Papers – Time Saver • Separate Red Plum, Smart Source, and Procter & Gamble booklets. • One Insert at a time separate individual pages from each booklet and stack together. • Leave Procter & Gamble coupons uncut and filed in accordion file. They are released monthly, and mostly Health & Beauty
  • 4. Multiple Copies of the Sunday Newspaper Separate pages together, one booklet at a time.

  • 7. Staple each coupon Keeps inserts together so they can be cut properly Don’t Staple Barcode!
  • 8. Why Staple Coupons before cutting? • Makes cutting out coupons easier • Keeps like coupons together while cutting • Simplifies filing

Separate Coupons as they are cut into categories for easy filing • Categorize by grocery aisle • Not store specific – broad categories that relate to any grocery store • Goal is to touch coupon twice 1. Cut and place in appropriate category ready to file 2. File all coupons in like categories at one time.
