  • Ginny, I'm sorry that you feel so strongly about this that you have to resort to comments of this kind. For the record, no - I was not paid. Most of my presentations are given for free simply because I care enough to try to make a difference, and think that I can offer some useful ideas.



    I don't think I deserve your remark that my presentation was horrible. You didn't see it - all you saw were the slides. There is a great deal more to be said and the slides merely headline the main content which is spoken. I didn't rate it as excellent, but over 40,000 people in the last 2 weeks have chosen to view the slides, so I assume this is some indicator of usefulness.



    Social interaction is not education, but I never claimed it was. What I am claiming though, is that everyone learns better when they have social interaction to discuss, confirm, argue and otherwise explore their topics.



    I hope this addresses some of your concerns, but if I may offer a 'word to the wise'. Your message will be better received if you occasionally use a little kindness in your words.

  • Gee guys tell me what did you learn?
    The future can not be predicted by a guy that has a high degree.
    Social interact is not education...it just tells you about today's culture.
    Scientist are not tweeting their current studies, business titans don't tweet about how their friends in government spoke of by-law changes to a block they want to acquire. Teachers don't tweet questions to a classroom.
    So, tell me why is this rated excellent, when it says nothing about the subject he was suppose to speak on?
