Assist Alumni Office with improving follow-up:
Writing thank you notes to alumni who attend events.
Follow-up and support alumni who contact the office wanting to host events or otherwise volunteer.
Create a Volunteer page on the Gateway to give alumni wanting to get involved one centralized location to find out how.

Update page as new volunteer opportunities arise
Have a “contact us” link that will be responded to by committee members to vet potential volunteers
Write monthly project-based short stories for Alumni Board E-News that can also be used in general E-News and Spectrum as needed.
