A successful weight loss diet plan and system will take all five key diet elements into account:

Calorie Count: You'll get enough calories to sustain your health. You'll also have enough energy to do whatever you want.
Calorie Burn:You'll be exercising more, but in a fashion that you can get this into your lifestyle simply.
Physical Care: The food you get will be enough to keep you going, and not hungry during the day.
Mental Care:There will be an education program which will teach you what your portion sizes are and which foods will just be stored as fat instead of being consumed.
Social Care: There will be a support group so you can stay on your program instead of distracted or negated from doing it by your associates, friends and family.

    • Comparing Weight Loss Diet Plans andSystemsA successful weight loss diet plan and systemwill take all five key diet elements intoaccount: •Calorie Count: Youll get enough calories to sustain your health. Youll also have enough energy to do whatever you want. •Calorie Burn:Youll be exercising more, but in a fashion that you can get this into your lifestyle simply. •Physical Care: The food you get will be enough to keep you going, and not hungry during the day. •Mental Care:There will be an education program which will teach you what your portion sizes are and which foods will just be stored as fat instead of being consumed. •Social Care: There will be a support group so you can stay on your program instead of distracted or negated from doing it by your associates, friends and family.Where there is continuing success with anyprogram, youll see all five points well takencare of. And one of the biggest factors inpeople doing "yo-yo" diet plans is that they either get to that weight without having all the points abovein (usually mental - where people arent trained to adjust their portions.) Or they drop out one or more ofthese points once they achieve their goal. (And there is a physical reason inherent with most diets, whichIll cover in a later article.)Weight Watchers is one of the oldest continuing weight loss programs existing today. Its known for itsregular meetings, which not only help a person get the weight off, but keep it off. Their system is solid oncalorie counting and also education in recipes to keep those calories low.Jenny Craig is a highly advertised program these days. And it also has all of the above ongoing. While ituses celebrities to tout its successes, there also have been notable losses when those same people "fall offthe wagon" and dont continue the system.Other programs are based on books, such as Atkins, South Beach, and Zone diet are principly built aroundbooks. They may or may not have supplementary materials or programs which give social support. Themental decisions and training you undertake then enable you to do the rest of these on your own.Essentially, it seems you take control by learning to either create or exactly purchase the foods inquantities and types you need.It should be no surprise that corporations built around weight loss diet plans make their income throughprepared meals. While there are few exceptions to this, most notable is the high-priced Jenny Craigsystem (according to viewer votes and comments on http://topdietreview.com).On the other hand, Nutrisystem is also based on providing pre-packaged meals and snacks, has highreviews, and is noted as reasonably priced. According to Wikipedia: "The standard package includes 28days’ worth of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack entrees. At the time of writing (February 26, 2012)the cost of the Women’s Select package (which includes frozen meal and snack entrees for 10 days), withautomated monthly delivery, was $279.99. The Basic package (in which all provided foods are shelf-
    • stable) was sold at $229.99. Men’s packages include an additional snack entr? each day and costapproximately $30 more. These prices include the current promotion that Nutrisystem is running.[7] Note that Nutrisystem customers must purchase additional grocery foods (e.g., fruit, vegetables, dairy) to complete the meal plans. In January 2011, Nutrisystem was named the “Least Expensive HomeDelivery Program” by CBS Money Watch.[8]"In between are various-and-sundry diet plans which are praised and panned according to their omissions.Price seems to be a constant concern with these programs, as well as service. Weight loss needs to beaffordable. Since you are already undergoing substantial change, it makes sense that lack of support atthe corporate level would move people right out of the program. One weight loss diet plan not mentioned on the Top Diet Review site is the Shaklee Cinch Inch Loss dietsystem. This is essentially a supplement system, giving you weight loss shakes, bars, teas, and a dailyvitamin. These replace two of your 3 meals daily. There is also a small program guide which helps youstay on a lower calorie intake. Additional to this are 2 websites (one paid and one free) which help youset and achieve your goal and then transition to a better balance of calorie intake and burn-rate tomaintain that weight. You are also able to keep getting these supplements after you achieve your weightgoal, since they can be purchased outside of any diet plan. What I found interesting was the science which has gone on along with this system. And it looks to be farmore extensive than the other diet plans have undertaken. Shaklee has a 50-year reputation of quality inthe vitamin and supplement industry which is unsurpassed by any other company. It looks like theyveextended their clinical and research expertise to the area of weight loss diet plan systems.Ill be investigating the Shaklee Cinch Inch Loss system in a later article, as it has substantial sciencebackground which apparently needs to be reviewed on its own. (Even wikipedia doesnt have an entry forit.)ref:http://cinchclub.comhttp://cinchwellness.com More information about the Cinch Inch-Loss Diet Plan can be found as linked below:Learn about the real science behind the Cinch Diet Plan | Introductory sampler now available.
