"Social media in government - What's going On(line)" was a presentation that was given to employees during a learning and development session at the Department of innovation, Industry, Science and Research - and Australian government department based in canberra.

The presentation was a begginers guide (or cooks tour) to using social media and presented some issues to consider for personal and professional use of social media by government employees.

This was the first half of a two part presentation. The second half was presented by Craig Thomler, Head of online communications at the Department of health and expert on social media engagement in Australian Government. read more on Craig's blog at: http://egovau.blogspot.com/
