Slide 9: IT Services Open Forum Xerox Printers Adding Printers 2. Go to Start -> Settings -> Printers/Faxes 3. Right Click and choose “Add Printer” 4. Click “Next” then select “Network Printer” 5. Select “Find a printer in the directory” 6. Click “Find Now” 7. Choose the printer you want and click “OK”

Slide 14: IT Services Open Forum Microsoft Exchange Migration Timeline 7/30 - 8/3: IT Staff visits each person’s desk to install/configure Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007 Microsoft network password will be reset if you are not in office; New password will be left on voicemail or call 5199.
