    2. Advantages of Word Processing Over A Typewriter
      • You can edit text.
      • You can add images to a document.
      • Change font style, size and colour.
      • Save work.
      • You can also copy and paste.
    3. Formatting Font
      • By formatting a piece of text you can;
      • Change size
      • Change font
      • Change the alignment (left, centre, right, justify)
      • Change colour of font
      • Underline and make text bolder.
    4. Word-Wrap, Search and Replace
      • Word-Wrap
      • If typing a really long word and there is not enough space on the line, then it will automatically move the whole word to the next line.
      • Search and Replace
      • If you want to change a certain word in a document a multiple number of times then you would use search and replace, search and replace looks for the word you want to change and replaces it with a word of your choice,
      • Example, violin to fiddle
    5. Spell Checker, Grammar Check
      • Spell Checker
      • A spell checker works by comparing the typed word to words in the computer’s internal dictionary, any word it does not recognise will have a red line under it.
      • Grammar Check
      • Grammar check works by highlighting sentences with grammatical errors.
    6. Standard Paragraphs, Mail merge
      • Standard Paragraphs
      • A standard paragraph is a piece of text that has been typed up, saved to backing storage and inserted into a document a number of times.
      • Mail merge
      • Mail merge is the process in which you link fields from a database to a standard letter.
