  • 2. 1 Prioritise your tasks for the work week ahead so you don't get overwhelmed at the start of the week.
  • 3. 2 Create a realistic to- do list. Don’t make a wish list, it’s a to-do list. Stick to it and get that done.
  • 4. 3 Define what you intend to accomplish for the week(what you expect from your to-do list).
  • 5. 4 List and evaluate your commitments and say no to extra commitments. Stay focused on the most important tasks.
  • 6. 5 Mindfully single task. One task at a time will help you focus on completing just that.
  • 7. 6 Take a break, seriously don’t skip it. Breaks significantly improves your mind for your next task.
  • 8. 7 Slow down. You can pause, take a moment and enjoy the process.
  • 9. 8 Be present with others. Put away distractions. Engage in conversations.
  • 10. 9 Stay in the here and now. Don’t allow yourself to be thrown off-balance especially in the morning.
  • 11. 10 Accomplish one big task everyday that can bring you the greatest fulfillment.
  • 12. 11 Reflect not regret. Reflect constantly at your actions. It allows you to be mindful of your actions.
  • 13. 12 Listen or read something that inspires your to greatness at breaks in between tasks.
