  • 1 Prioritise your tasks for the work week ahead so you don't get overwhelmed at the start of the week.

  • 3 Define what you intend to accomplish for the week(what you expect from your to-do list).
  • 4 List and evaluate your commitments and say no to extra commitments. Stay focused on the most important tasks.
  • 5 Mindfully single task. One task at a time will help you focus on completing just that.
  • 6 Take a break, seriously don’t skip it. Breaks significantly improves your mind for your next task.
  • 7 Slow down. You can pause, take a moment and enjoy the process.
  • 8 Be present with others. Put away distractions. Engage in conversations.
  • 9 Stay in the here and now. Don’t allow yourself to be thrown off-balance especially in the morning.
  • 10 Accomplish one big task everyday that can bring you the greatest fulfillment.
  • 11 Reflect not regret. Reflect constantly at your actions. It allows you to be mindful of your actions.
