TRAGIC EVENT..• During EDC Los Angeles in 2010, a 15 year old bythe name of Sasha Rodriguez died of drugoverdose.• The rave scene quickly made many headlines frompeople wanting to ban raves to riots in the streets ofLA.• This event actually led to banning gloving fromraves.
WHY BAN SOMETHING SO SIMPLE ASGLOVING?• Gloving is shockingly considered one of the biggestways to promoting drug use.• I ABSOLUTLEY disagree with that because from 2011to 2013, gloving is now looked at as a new genre ofa type of dance.• But sadly until this day, gloving is still banned inmany places.
IN CONCLUSION• I chose this topic for my project because I wantedto show and explain to you why teen drug abuse issuch a big deal.• I wanted to explain the history to how and whereteen drug abuse comes from.• I hope you guys enjoyed!
