Thomas is the newest member to the Citrus School Board, having been elected in 2010. Thomas moved to Crystal River, Florida in 1989 from Stoneham, Massachusetts. While volunteering at Crystal River Middle School in 1990, Thomas met his wife who had just begun teaching at CRMS and they married in 1992. Thomas and his wife live in the Central Ridge area of Citrus and have two children who are students in our Citrus County Public Schools. Thomas has spent over 20 years in the construction and development business with the majority of that time spent working as a manager and operator of his own successful construction company developing speculative homes in the Central Ridge areas of Citru
