Organisational Strategic Plan <ul><li>GHP is the organisation’s key overarching strategic plan. </li></ul><ul><li>Communicates vision, values, challenges and our priorities to public, staff and partners. </li></ul><ul><li>Aug 2008 Grampian NHS Board agreed to: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>move to a 3-year GHP </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>deliver 1 message via 2 documents </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Development process underway with the aim that the GHP will be approved in April 2009 </li></ul>

Strategic Objectives <ul><li>We have developed key areas against each of our five strategic themes </li></ul><ul><li>We now have a high level of interconnectivity between and across themes </li></ul><ul><li>Next Steps - further refinement and focus of objectives and then test with executive team, Operational Management Team and the Strategic Service and Resource Committee </li></ul>
