    2. Why a Framework?
    3. •  Everyone loves happiness and balance BUT
    4.   Everyone achieves it differently SO
    5.   There are no magic solutions or a one-for- all list to help someone be happy ONLY
    6. A Framework   So that YOU
    7.   Can do all the hard work required for
    8. YOUR OWN HAPPINESS   After all, you know yourself best, right?
    9. BUT   My framework will make it incredibly easy for you
    10. Happy so far?   If yes, THEN
    11.   Let us jump INTO
    12. The Framework Foundation   Or the Background
    13. I am human   At the core I am made of CORE
    14. MY HEART   It feels HEART CORE
    15. MY BRAIN   It thinks HEART BRAIN CORE
    16. MY BODY   It acts BODY HEART BRAIN CORE
    17. That means   I talk many languages
    18. Heart Talk?   Emotions Me Happy I Love You!
    19. Brain talk?   Thoughts I think this guy loves me ;) I think she is wrong!
    20. Body Talk?   Actions
    21. Fact   The heart, brain and body are constantly talking to each other, along with talking to the world I am so IRRITABLE I guess I am EMOTION HUNGRY THOUGHT I will go EAT something ACTION
    22. Fact   A large part ofour happiness depends on HOW we INTERNALIZE/TRANSLATE our life experiences
    23. With me still?
    24. Okay, another picture - EMOTIONS THOUGHTS ACTIONS
    25. Another perspective -   The heart, brain and body form our internal “Governing Board” HEART GOVERNING BOARD BODY BRAIN
    26. And   How we respond to life events and situations is a function of what the members of the “governing body” are saying to each other and to the world
    27. You might disagree here but   We, and only we are in control of our own happiness (considering our basic needs of food and shelter have been met)
    28. And   Happiness and Balance start from within – deep deep inside ourselves AT THE
    29. CORE where   The heart, brain and body meet up to talk.
    30. An Example I am so IRRITABLE I guess I am EMOTION HUNGRY THOUGHT I will go EAT something ACTION
    31. Another Example I am being such I am so Sad a loser – let me just ignore my EMOTION sadness I will ACT THOUGHT like everything is just fine ACTION
    32. And Another Example But it is too I hate my job much work to find another EMOTION job I will just THOUGHT continue to work this bad job ACTION
    33. So   Learning to be happy and balanced means
    34.   Learning to be aware of our own governing bodies AND
    35.   Making sure they listen, they speak the truth, they collaborate, make the right decisions AND
    36. Act as a WHOLE Heart Brain Body
    37. And how do we do that? Use the “thinkmaya framework” to figure out what works for you AND Use the framework to find out how to get to your ideal place for balance and happiness
