That means

  I talk many languages and I have many
  voices
And the thing about these
voices -

  They do not always listen to each other.
  Sometimes they talk too much
And
Very soon is time to tame
and align those inner
voices!

  speak the truth,

  collaborate,

  make the right decisions

  AND
Act as a WHOLE ?

how to talk to those inner
voices …
  Know your values, principles and dreams
“What do I value? What are my
dreams?”
  Build a relationship with yourself
“I care about you. I want you to
be your very best”
  Monitor yourself. All the time
“What am I doing? What am
I saying? What am I
feeling?”
  Accept that your thoughts, actions and
          emotions will not always be aligned with
          your principles.

  Be prepared to work with yourself
“I can take my time to change. I will
continue to work with
 myself”
  Call yourself
                      out on small and big
         mistakes alike.
