How do you train the inner voices of your heart, brain and body? How do you train the inner voices of your heart, brain and body? Presentation Transcript

    • thinkmaya Taming those inner voices
    • I am human   At the core I am made of CORE
    • MY HEART   It feels HEART CORE
    • MY BRAIN   It thinks HEART BRAIN CORE
    • MY BODY   It acts BODY HEART BRAIN CORE
    • That means   I talk many languages and I have many voices
    • And the thing about these voices -   They do not always listen to each other.   Sometimes they talk too much And
    • Very soon is time to tame and align those inner voices!   But what do we need to do to make sure our thoughts, emotions and actions are aligned? AND
    • How do we   make sure they listen, speak the truth, collaborate, make the right decisions AND
    • Act as a WHOLE ? Heart Brain Body
    • Here are some pointers on how to talk to those inner voices …
    •   Know your values, principles and dreams “What do I value? What are my dreams?”
    •   Build a relationship with yourself “I care about you. I want you to be your very best”
    •   Monitor yourself. All the time “What am I doing? What am I saying? What am I feeling?”
    •   Accept that your thoughts, actions and emotions will not always be aligned with your principles. “it is okay for me to feel, do or think the “wrong” stuff”
    •   Be prepared to work with yourself “I can take my time to change. I will continue to work with myself”
    •   Call yourself out on small and big mistakes alike. “I cannot excuse my small mistakes”
    •   Give yourself time and be reasonable with yourself   Know how to motivate yourself “I need to change because …”
    •   There are no absolute right and wrongs. Everything is in context. “never say never. Let us think about it in context …”
