  • 9. 3 Phase Development PHASE Preparation to meet the special requirements of the London 2012 Olympic Games 1 Providing 62 blocks of residential units in order to house 17,000 athletes and officials close to the main Olympic venues PHASE Creation of a world leading sustainable residential community through a retro fit development programme for 2 legacy use Delivery of 2,818 homes, including 1,379 affordable mixed tenure in order to provide a balanced community with multiple tenures and a diversity of occupants PHASE Development of adjacent sites as part of the wider Stratford masterplan 3

Infrastructure and Community Projects Chobham Academy (N12) • 1,832 places for pupils aged 3 – 18 years old • Scheduled to open September 2013 • Specialising in the performing arts, with an inherent focus on sports • State of the art facilities for pupils and wider community • Day care centre Multi Storey Car Park (N25) • 850 car parking spaces for Stratford International Polyclinic and Community Facilities (N11) • 5,600 sq m facility • GPs, physiotherapy, imaging, dentistry and child care Open Space and Parkland • Provision of over 10 hectares of open space, public parks, communal gardens and play areas

Progress - June 2010 • Construction work started on site in April 2008 • Number of operatives on site has reached 3,200 and is expected to reach 4,500 by Autumn 2010 at construction peak • 5 of the 11 residential plots have reached full construction height • External cladding on these plots is well underway with the first residential plot fully clad in April 2010 • Currently the site operates 24 tower cranes • Production will be substantially complete by December 2011

Further Development after the Games Phase 3 Development (post Games) • Red hatched land – owned by ODA – planning consent for 213,422 sq m of residential, hotel and complimentary retail development • Blue hatched land – owned by LCR and to be developed by LCR/LL under JV – planning consent for 128,904 sq m of office, hotel and complimentary retail • Development timetable – 2013 to 2018

Stratford City Stage 2 • Adjoins the Athletes Village Velodrome • The LCR and Lend Lease land Chobham School & Academy has provision 4.48 million sq ft of development with outline planning consent including 3.8 million sq ft commercial office space, 275,000 sq ft hotel space, 350 new homes Olympic and associated community facilities Parklands • Linked into the wider London transport network via two major transport hubs – Stratford Regional Station and Stratford International • Adjacent Westfield Stratford City providing high quality retail, hotel, leisure and catering offers • Close proximity to Olympic Park and associated recreation facilities Aquatic Centre • Key infrastructure and facilities in place prior to forecast occupation dates from late 2014 / early 2015 Olympic Stadium Stage 2 Plots

Greenwich Peninsula • Joint venture development with Lend Lease and Quintain working together with the Homes and Communities Agency • 190 acre site, 48 acres of green space with 1.6 miles of river frontage • An urban environment for: • 24,000 workers • 25,000 residents in 10,000 homes • 3.5millinon sq ft of employment space including 150+ shops, bars and restaurants • Development taking place in stages over the next 15-20 years • £5 billion end value
