    5. What is the business listeners, more case for my 57 year product sold, brand old boss who still has awareness, his secretary print out impressions, hits, etc. his emails? Set team-tasks-roles- Agree to mini-bizplan responsbilities Why - Who - Where Plan-Do How - What
    6. Host- Interviewee- mini-bizplan Engineer- (write it down!) Geek- Marketer/Writer- Plan-Q&A Build-Learn Agree and Review Workflow Document
    7. Content - short - sweet Write a script funny - interesting (or at least pretend on be dramatically a napkin) different remember the audience Capture why should they rubber + road care? direct to digital (computer, digital mobile vs. studio recorder, anything with a mic on it)
    8. condenser microphones vs. dynamic microphones signal paths (cables, XLR, shock compressors mounts, adapters, oh (are good) my!) the simpler Edit the better

    10. dedicated server vs. blog format website server comments, (lots of downloads vs. interaction, actual wee downloads) web 2.0 stuff RSS feed do your own vs. free/ Market paid service feedburner.com submit to iTunes, Podcast Alley, Yahoo, digital marketing tools etc.
    11. show your best stuff! free, cheap, cool not everything get others to market for you - chicklets, badges, user submitted content, etc. computer based vs. Hardware stand alone recorder
    12. audio interface dedicated hard drive firewire, USB, XLR, (and back it up) digital, analog, etc. processors microphones compressors, eq’s, dynamic vs. limiters, tube mic pre- condenser amps, etc. accessories stands, shockmounts, popper stoppers, Software cables, adapters, racks, power strips, etc.
    13. recording, editing tools garageband, audacity, iTunes protools, digital performer, etc. blog wordpress, movable RSS type, blogger, feedburner.com custom, and sourceforge.com enterprise level turn key companies ftp client - or upload podtech.net tool libsyn.com

    19. 3. stop the pop. Be prepared. You don’t have to be an expert - do your homework. but it helps. 4. Passion is key. um, like... edit.
    20. Be kind to your Edit for flow. guests. 5. lean & mean do like the pros do intro/outro theme songs rock
    21. don’t steal music pre-announce wrap it up compression (audio) successful podcasts 5.5 mix passion, fun, and have fun interactivity.
