- 9. Ex-employee Falsified Many Complaints
●A former ex-employee instigated many of the
online complaints
●This ex-employee was running the New York
office and was fired by the Company for doing
business against The Zaken Corp. and its'
associates, ripping off both the Zaken Associates
and the Zaken Corp.

Customers
This individual was purposely mistreating Zaken
Corp. customers in an effort to create problems
for them.
After his termination he threatened to start a
"Competing" business and started spreading
many lies on the internet about Zaken Corp.

●Zaken fired four employees who were not
providing it's customers with top customer service.
● Office Manager of the New York office was fired
so that this former employee's unethical practices
in business can no longer affect customers.

legitimate operation and in some cases, has been
a victim of circumstances.
Zaken Corp admitted they needed improvements
and new policies with respect to refunds and
customer service. They are now in place.
