“Goal setting is boring and it does not work”, that seems to be a common answer from peoplewho tried it couple of times before and got no results.Just before last year finished me and my wife took some time off to go to the park for a picnic toenjoy the December weather. This will help you to avoid feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Additionally it helps to direct your attention to the most important ones. ● Chunk your goals up Break down the big goals into smaller ones so it will be easier to work on them and you will feel the sense of completion more often. If a goal is too large, then it might seem that you are stuck and not making progress, that might be discouraging. Keeping your goals small will give you more opportunities for
