  4. 4. Generic Aldara Imiquimod Cream Product Information Generic Aldara Cream (Imiquimod 5%) is an immune response modifier for topical administration.   5. 5. Generic Aldara Imiquimod Cream Instructions For Use Generic Aldara cream is to be applied prior to normal sleeping hours, and left on the skin for 6-10 hours. Hand washing before and after cream application is recommended.
