  • Social media is just a phrase used to describe the current state of the internet. Web 2.0, My prediction is that social media will die, it will become social business and then eventually it will become just the way we do business.
  • The ones that are good at talking to the communities are not very good at creating conversations and the one that are good at creating conversations are not very good at talking to the communities.
