  • Social media is just a phrase used to describe the current state of the internet. Web 2.0, My prediction is that social media will die, it will become social business and then eventually it will become just the way we do business.
  • The ones that are good at talking to the communities are not very good at creating conversations and the one that are good at creating conversations are not very good at talking to the communities.
  • Customer profile – Name, address contact details, order history, customer service history, buying habits, marketing historySocial – what do they like, where have they been, who are they friends with, what are they talking about, how much influence they have, what do they think about your brand/products, where do they work, where did they used to work, age, relationship status, How powerful would it be to make these two sets of data?
