Communication Channels • Use of school diary • Students will record homework, tests and other events there • Teachers write comments and notes to parents there and vice versa. • Email • Parents provide email address to school and info can be sent there • The weekly newsletter will also be sent there • Emails of teachers are on the school website7/24/2012

Communication Channels • By Telephone • Teachers may be reached by calling through on the school line (021) 8459 7175 but may not always be available to answer the phone. • Making an Appointment • The Admin Office will help parents make appointments to meet with teachers. Teachers may not be available to meet if parents turn up in school without an appointment.7/24/2012
