This document discusses the role of online education and mentoring in achieving scale and quality in research commercialization. It describes Arizona State University's efforts to provide entrepreneurship education and mentoring through online courses and a global mentor network. This includes modular online courses on topics like technology entrepreneurship available through multiple platforms. The goal is to improve access and scale while maintaining educational quality. Mentoring occurs both in online forums and through in-person engagements to complement the virtual programming. Early experiences suggest the importance of community engagement and ongoing support.
