    • The Shelters Three Shelters:  Herzelia  Hadera  Rishon Le-Zion Any woman + young children; Can stay up to 12 months; A Half-way Apartment after leaving the shelter
    • Staff & Services of the Shelters Management and administrative help; House-mother; Psych-Social Services:  Social worker  Intervention with the women;  Contacts with outside welfare services and agencies;  Following advancement and follow-up;  Reports to the Courts and other legal-paralegal agencies;  Supervision of the staff.  Child Clinical Psychologist  Treatment of children;  Counseling and guiding the mothers;  Supervision of personnel in touch with children.

    • Legislation, Advocacy & Legal Aid (continued) Free Legal Counseling  Serve women from the community;  Advice the hotlines’ referrals;  Supervision of Social Worker and other professionals on legal issues. Representing Women in Family Courts, Religious (Jewish, Moslem), & Criminal Courts; Representing the Organization in various committees.
    • Education & Training Training:  Students of Social Work;  Family violence workers;  Police officers;  Medical & paramedical staff;  Nurses, midwives;  Israel Defense Force (IDF);  Volunteers and Hotlines personnel. Education:  Knesset members;  Religious authorities (Rabbis, Imams, Priests);  Teachers and educators;  High school students;  The public through the Media.

    • Hotlines 24 hour Hotline for Women in distress:  Hebrew and Russian; Hotline for Children & Youth victims of violence (Hebrew). Hotlines are in touch with Welfare Agencies and the Police in case of.. Hotlines managed and run by volunteers  Training of volunteers by volunteers;  Only women are on-line;
