  • 7. EP-21 OxyStik Epoxy Primer • 1:1 Mix Ratio by volume • May be reduced up to 10% with UR Series Reducer • Best Choice for Bare Metal and Fiberglass • Designed for adhesion and corrosion • Does not fill or sand well (typical epoxy)
  • 8. UP-61 HS Urethane Primer Surfacer • Mix 4 parts primer to 1 part UA Series to 1 part reducer – 4:1:1 • Apply 2-4 coats to fill as needed • Made for filling and sanding • Medium Grey
  • 9. US 80 Series Polyurethane Primer Sealer • Mixes 4:1:1 with activator and reducer • 15 Colors Available • Provides a fresh foundation in chromatic colors or greys • Not recommended for filling or sanding
  • 10. QF-777 Adhesion Promoter • Ready to Spray • Mist on to bare automotive plastics for adhesion • Also works as flex agent • For flexible parts add up to 20% QF-777 to all layers except clear • Amber colored clear

  • 22. EKB – Candy Basecoats • Basecoat chemistry • Highly transparent • Same 15 colors are urethane • Fast Dry • Reduced tape lines • Best for graphics when you want the look of the urethane candy w/o the build and slower dry
  • 23. KGC – Candy Graphic Color • Basecoat Chemistry • Same 15 transparent pigments as urethane • Select pearl added provides shimmer and some coverage • Can be used over nonmetallic undercoats and still get a candy like effect • Easiest of candy finishes to apply
  • 24. EKK – Candy Concentrates • Concentrated form of transparent pigments/dyes • Same 15 shades • Great for customizing basecoat colors or tinting candy • Use pre-mixed EKU, EKB, or KGC color for best fade resistance

  • 26. UTC Series – UreTop 2K Polyurethane • Mixes 4:1:1 with activator and reducer • Durable high gloss finish • Over 150 shades available • Great choice for economy jobs • Quarts and gallons available
  • 27. KPU Series – Low Gloss Hot Rod Colors • 4:1:1 Mix Ratio • Strong 2K urethane resin system • No Clear Required • Special pigments and flatteners to lower gloss • Consistent Gloss sheen • 75+ Colors Available – All Solids – Most Metallics and 2 stage pearl colors

  • 29. IC-100 Intercoat Clear • Mix 2:1 up to 1:1 with reducer • Essentially a clear form of basecoat • Often used to apply pearl and flake powders – Best choice for pearls and flakes over dark colors • Great for blending and fade outs of base
  • 30. IC-101 Pearl & Flake Carrier • Mix 2:1 up to 1:1 with UR Series Reducer • Contains stabilizing additives for pearls and flakes • Best choice for applying dry pearls and flakes over most colors • Use IC-100 over dark colors
  • 31. UC-410 2K MS Polyurethane Clear • • • • • Mix 4:1 with activator No Reduction required Low Color Medium Solids Apply 3-4 coats for best protection • Durable, glossy finish • Easiest to spray • Gallons and Quarts
  • 32. UC-210 2K HS Glamour Clear • Mixes 2:1 with UA Activator • Higher solids, longer flow window than UC410 • Excellent for overalls even in hot conditions • Preferred by experienced professionals

  • 34. UA Series Universal Urethane Activator • Highly weatherable isocyanate solutions • Used in all our 2K urethane products • 3 Speeds for changing conditions • Packed with inert gas for better stability • Quarts and Half Pints – Only the standard available in Half Pints

UR Series Universal Reducers • Low water content and strong solvent blend • Will thin all our solvent products • Optimized range of evaporation rates for best balance of flow, sag resistance, and dry time • Stronger cutting power than most reducers • Gallons, Quarts and Half Pints – Only Standard is available in half pints – Fast only available in Quarts
  • 36. AFE-52 Fisheye Eliminator • Improves surface wetting which can help reduce fisheyes and craters • Not required • Nice tool to keep in the shop but only use as needed • Half Pints Only
  • 37. AUC-56 Cure Accelerator • Urethane cure accelerator • Speeds reaction of activator with paint or clear • Best used in cooler weather • Reduces pot life
  • 38. ABS-10 Blending Solvent • Special reducer and additive blend to help fade out spot repairs • Used with small amount of topcoat for seamless blending
  • 39. ARE-66 Flow Enhancer and Retarder • Special blend of very slow evaporating solvent and diluent • Only recommended in small amounts for application in extreme heat • Helps increase “flow” time • Quarts Only
  • 40. AFP-01 Flatting Paste • Can be used to adjust gloss on our solvent topcoats • Mix up to 25% in after activation of 2K products • Pints Only
  • 41. Pearls & Flakes
  • 42. ClassicFx Mica Based Pearl Powders • Conventional mica pearl technology • Sold in dry form – Add to intercoat clear or 1st coat of 2K clear – 1 oz or 2 oz sizes standard • Also used for customizing base color
  • 43. Screamin’ Xirallic Pearl • Xirallic pearl technology • Higher sparkle than typical mica pearls • Cleaner, more chromatic colors • 1 oz or 2 ounce bottles • Mix with intercoat, topcoat clear or many colors
  • 44. PrismFx “Ice” Type Glass Pearl • Pearl effects built on borosilicate glass flakes • Large sparkle with good transparency • Beautiful colors with a high degree of brilliance at relatively low dosing • 1 oz and 2 oz sizes • Requires extra coats of clear to bury profile
  • 45. FireFlake Kandy Metal Flake • Candy coated metallized film • Can be mixed with solvent based clears and colors • Brilliant sparkle • Two sizes to choose from – 6 mil & 15 mil hex • 12 shades
