Heather Albreacht Digital Strategist & Lead Trainer <ul><li>With twelve years experience in digital communications plus fifteen in brand and direct marketing, Heather has long been at the forefront of multi‐channel digital marketing strategy. </li></ul><ul><li>Heather has trained Australia’s leading media agencies (OMD, Zenith, OptiMedia, Starcom, Universal McCann, Initiative, Carat) in digital media communications and many major advertising agencies (the TBWA network across twelve European countries, DDB, Publicis Mojo, Saatchi & Saatchi, BWM, The One Centre, Host and Oil) and major clients like the Commonwealth Bank. </li></ul><ul><li>Heather currently teaches the AFA AdSchool Digital Marketing Workshops and Digital Cadet Program. </li></ul>

Glen Ireland Digital & CRM Strategist <ul><li>Glen is a practicing Digital consultant ‐ he is also the founding director of the IDMI. </li></ul><ul><li>He has spent over 18 years in the area of marketing communications and comes with a truly diverse & comprehensive repertoire of expertise. </li></ul><ul><li>He has played various leadership roles in the past from Regional Strategy Director – APAC (Digital, CRM & Analytics) with WPP/Enfatico based out of Singapore to VP & Branch Manager at RMG Connect, India </li></ul><ul><li>His other lead roles include Digital Planning Director at Wunderman ‐ Sydney & CRM strategist with Publicis Mojo, Australia </li></ul><ul><li>Glen has been involved with several training initiatives in digital & CRM over the years. </li></ul>
