    I think this is a really good overview. I like the design, images, and the selection of tweets (esp re: getting your ---- together. LOL)

    My fave tips for figuring out 'who to follow' are: look at TwitterPacks (http://twitterpacks.pbwiki.com/), and do a Twitter search (http://search.twitter.com) on specific topics of interest, to see who’s talking about them.
