    • Letter Writing Guidelines Use school technology tools responsibly. Set margins to 1 inch. Set line spacing to double space – 2.0. Choose a readable font style – Capitals with lowercase, no cursive. Set font size to 14 pt. Align the heading to the right. Align the greeting, body and closing to the left. Indent paragraphs using the tab key. Utilize word wrapping on the body of the text. Run spell check. Save the document to the teacher assigned location. Print one copy of the document in portrait view to the appropriate printer.
