Water Conservation Stage 1 – Voluntary Conservation • Initiated in June 2011 Stage 2 – Mandatory Restrictions • Initiated in August 2011 Combined reservoir storage is ~24 months supply for 10 consecutive days Average water production is 80% of pumpage capacity for 3 consecutive days Average water system pressure is less than 45 psi • Repair detectable leaks within 72 hours of discovery • Limit outdoor irrigation to 2 days per week • Rescinded in January 2012 Stage 3 – Not reached Combined reservoir storage is ~18 months supply Stage 4 – Not reached Combined reservoir storage is ~12 months supply 16
