There are only 4.9% users who are 65 years and above.

The older the people, the less they seem to want to use Smartphone's. People between the age group of 45 to 54 years see about 18.2% users. And there are only about 13% users in the age group of 55 to 64 years.

The need for Smartphone's in the business world has become a must have, due to the fact that it is a quicker way of communicating. Smartphone’s have become more then just a phone, but a social appearance, to feel important and up to date with the last trend. I am all for Smartphone's as they tend to make the lines of communications easier, better and faster. You are able to download new software and upgrade the systems of your phone to the latest software , making it cheaper in the long run as I would not have to go purchase a new phone. We cant always live in the past , sometimes change is good
