Hardware
One iMac for manager
w/printer
Three touch-screen-enabled monitors: front desk, customer kiosk, gym store
One WASP WLS scanner for reading membership cards
1 central server
coordinate/manage all data going to and from the center
All computers are Internet-capable and networked to provide wireless data transfer

Software

Server and Networking
1 server per center
Coordinate information going to and from database HQ
Keep data integrity on center’s daily database
Serve as network server for each center

Central database at company HQ
Daily database in center
Tracks total revenue, expenses, & member information through the day
Sends information to update database HQ at closing
