Time is tight as are all our other resources. We’ve gone from Hotmail to Google to LinkedIn to Wikis, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest – and the pace of change seems to be increasing. These changes affect your marketing plans and they also affect how you manage the work behind those plans. How can you keep up with your limited resources? Most of us are experts in one of three – people, technology, or process dimensions – yet we need all three to build our business.
