Background <ul><li>UCD is developing a Research Management System (RMS) to manage research information </li></ul><ul><li>Consulted approx 200 academic and Administrative staff through focus groups and 1-1 meetings. </li></ul><ul><li>Initial focus on an online CV database to showcase the research achievements of academic staff to a global community </li></ul>
