Positive Impacts of Smart phones continued…. <ul><li>they have allowed students to research on assignments or exercises. </li></ul><ul><li>in terms of productivity,they save you lots of time since you can immediately check and delete emails and tasks while keeping you available 24/7. </li></ul><ul><li>Smartphones can run business applications eg.excel,powerpoint or word, unlike ordinary phones. </li></ul><ul><li>they increase communication between people.According to Ashton Blake, “Brought nations closer together” </li></ul>
  8. 8. <ul><li>HOWEVER , using smartphones can also have a negative impact: </li></ul><ul><li>Smartphones cause constant distractions. </li></ul><ul><li>They can also keep you from doing real work </li></ul>
  9. 9. Conclusion <ul><li>I believe that smartphones have had a positive effect on productivity, communication in the work place, social engagement, and have an effect in education because communication has been improved. </li></ul>
