The document outlines the next steps in New York's DSRIP program as Performing Provider Systems (PPS) move from submitting applications to implementing their approved projects. It provides a timeline of upcoming milestones, including the release of project plan awards and valuations in early-mid March, the start of Year 1 payments to PPS in mid-April, and requirements for PPS and MCOs to increase the percentage of payments tied to value-based payment models in subsequent years. It also includes tables listing the PPS, their draft scores and projected patient attribution and valuation amounts.
