  • 1.   Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) Training Training Course Outline Duration: 1-day Target Audience: Control Account Managers, Program Managers, EV Analysts   Purpose and Description An IBR will most likely be an intimidating and stressful experience for any person not well prepared for the event. This class will mitigate all such concerns by providing thorough insight into the process and preparing the participants for all the likely questions and tactics employed during the proceedings.
