2. Do you remember when you used to be active? Mom and
Grandma have told me you used to go hiking and camping all
the time. Now you just sit in front of the television or
computer and don’t do anything.

3. Whenever Mom or Uncle

hurt. Your knees hurt
and you don’t have
energy because you
aren’t active anymore
and you have put on
extra weight.

4. This Wednesday while Mom is cleaning your house you
and I are going for a 30 minute walk. When we get back
you and I can take a nap. We will keep increasing our
walks and by the time I have mastered walking you will
be fit enough to take me camping! Plus I want you to be
healthy and get to see my first steps!
