    There are many professionals with “similar credentials and resumes” and the question is often asked, what makes you Special? And what are your Unique Skills that sets you apart from the rest? This following overview highlights a few of my unique skills and talents that have contributed to my success and I look forward to leveraging these skills with a new and exciting company that is looking for top talent and SUPERIOR RESULTS.

    Business and industry complexity is at an all time high. With over 20 years of experience working with leading technology companies such as IBM, HP, Dell, Oracle and Red Hat, I will develop and deliver comprehensive strategies that will advance your company’s key business initiatives. Further, traditional strategy development alone can leave you exposed to hidden business dynamics. I will help your organization better understand your competitors and customers behaviors which will allow you to develop a more comprehensive and versatile business plan.

    “ The Quick and the Dead” are the two scenarios that you face as we enter the next business cycle. Time-to-revenue has never been more important. I will provide your team with proven methodologies and tactics which focus on prioritization and metrics for maximum near-term revenue generation

As an experienced leader and coach who leads by example, I will help you to elevate your team to new levels of performance by setting clear objectives and expectations, as well as constructing the framework and empowerment necessary for their success.

    Superior servicing of your Strategic Partnerships (via the 80/20 rule) is a critical part of an effective business strategy but companies often fall short of meeting their stated goals. As a Director of Strategic Alliances, I will help your team develop a Formal and Comprehensive Strategic Alliance Plan which will allow you to fully integrate your companies resources and monetize your relationships with your most important customers. A key part of the process will include the creation of a relationship scorecard that will be used to monitor and improve key business metrics.

    The best laid plans often fall victim to improper communication as well as a lack of “buy-in” from key members of your extended organization as well as your customers. As a versatile internal and external communicator with refined interpersonal skills, I will set the stage for simplified and clear communications which will promote team cohesion. Additionally, I will manage and present “strategy and business updates” to the senior leadership team at formal executive reviews.

    Retaining and Servicing existing customers is an immediate priority for all companies. That said, sustainable growth over the long term requires a focused effort on new markets and customer acquisition. As an accomplished sales and marketing executive, I will combine market intelligence, industry trend analysis and traditional pipeline development into an effective business acquisition strategy for your company.
