  5. 5. Funding NCPC is funded by the state of Nevada State Prevention Infrastructure Funds (SPI) 1. to fund and monitor direct service prevention programs designed to reduce substance abuse in rural Clark County

  7. 7. Funding NCPC is funded by the state of Nevada Substance Abuse Prevention Treatment Funds (SAPT) 2. to provide general coalition activities designed to build community and reduce substance abuse in rural Clark County
