    • Passive: Avoids dealing with problems
    • Passive –Aggressive: hides emotions & then sneakily gets revenge
    • Assertive: Clear, confident, & in control
  • 3. Do You Get It? The Situation: Doug and Bev had to give a presentation at 1 PM. The presentation was at Doug’s office. Bev hardly knew anyone in the office, so she was very uncomfortable being there alone when Doug was 35 minutes late. Give Examples Of All 4 Responses:

    • Ask for clarification if your confused
    • Hold your comments till there done talking
    • Watch your body language
    • Every so often mirror that person
