This lesson plan is for grade 3 students on September 9th and 11th, 2008. The objectives are for students to write poems about things that bug them, save a document, and apply formatting to make their poems look better. The lesson will include daily routines, a review, motivation through song, a discussion of an example poem, and an application activity where students format their own poems. The output will be evaluated and students will be assigned to write their own poem as homework.
