    I feel like I’m in the “I’m a Mac. I’m a PC” commercials standing in front of this audience. You’re Web 2.0, and I’m Cisco. You talk about cool things like Social Media, Wikis, Folksonomies Cisco typically talks about exciting things like Deep Packet Inspection, Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol and Load Balancing Thanks to the hard work of many of you in this audience, we know the world is changing. One thing that is very apparent is that web 2.0 is changing how we interact with entertainment, and our evolution to a Me/We generation – one more focused on sharing, interacting and adding on to entertainment content, rather than just owning. There is still one thing missing to make that a reality – a platform for delivering a truly entertainment-class experience to both the consumer and content owner. This is why I’m here as Cisco, talking about Web 2.0
