Definition of Communication Communication is defined as a process by which individuals assign and convey meaning in an attempt to create shared understanding. This process requires a vast collection of skills in intrapersonal and interpersonal processing, listening, observing, speaking, questioning, analyzing and evaluating (Banks, 2011).

Learning Styles Visual Auditory Kinesthetic Students depend on there senses to process the information imparted during the learning process. Most students tend to use one of their senses more than the others.
The Ideal Classroom Effective Communication Define your goals and objectives for your classroom Design the classroom that facilitates learning at all levels Know your students Design your teaching strategy to suit your learning environment Identify various technological devices that will enhance learning Knowledgeable Students
