   or do you want it to sit on the market?

3. Do you want Team Webster to sell it for you?
Many agents will list your house and do what we call the 3 P’s of real esate.


  Team Webster not like all agents.

1. Place your house in the multiple listing service.

2. Place a sign in your yard and then...

3. Pray someone else will sell it.

  • 2. We have 3 goals for our meeting today. 1. Review your motivation to sell your house now and agree on a price that will cause it to sell. 2. We’ll take a moment and answer any questions. 3. Decide whether you want to work with Team Webster or we’ll decide if we want to take your listing.
  • 3. Three critical questions for you. 1. Do you really want to sell your house? 2. Are you willing to price your house to sell or do you want it to sit on the market? 3. Do you want Team Webster to sell it for you?
  • 4. Many agents will list your house and do what we call the 3 P’s of real esate. Team Webster not like all agents. 1. Place your house in the multiple listing service. 2. Place a sign in your yard and then... 3. Pray someone else will sell it. Team Webster does what we call the 4th and 5th P’s: 4. Prospect for buyers everyday, and 5. Price watch.
  • 5. Right price: attracts buyers. Pricing your property competitively will generate the most activity from agents and buyers.
  • 6. We want to generate offers before the market moves on to newer listings. Time on market works against you. If you want to compete, be competitive! • Buying market has a short attention span. • Pricing your home right the first time is key. • Proper pricing attracts buyers. • An overpriced house will not sell.
  • 7. What sells: right price, great condition. To get your home sold for the most money in the least amount of time, we have to price it “in the market.”
