  • 3. There are many tools that you can use to create your Database. Create your own -Microsoft Excel -Microsoft Access Online CRM (Customer Relationship Management) -Zoho.com -FreeCRM.com -vtiger.com -insightly.com
  • 4. Set your database up so that your contacts will receive important information about your Services and Industry News. -For Example: -Send Newsletters . –Changes/additions to personnel. -Personal–Send Birthday and/or Happy Anniversary wishes. -Post Cards–Just Listed and Just Sold.
