  • What method of communication would you prefer I use during the process of marketing your home? Phone, e-mail, TEXT, or weekly visits at your home?

  • We use agent feedback to improve saleability of your home. I will share it with you when available. Are there any changes you are planning to make in the next few days to your home?
  • The sale of real estate has become a very complex process. My job is to make sure all the “i’s” are dotted and the “t’s” are crossed and that you understand the process.
  • We will walk through your house together looking at it through a buyer’s eyes and make changes as necessary. Can you think of anything right now that we will need to review during the walk through?
  • As you would understand price is always a major factor in selling a home, would you agree that we have to open our market as wide as possible? I will present you with the facts regarding comparable sales and absorption rates. As a professional real estate agent, I study homes and prices every day…therefore, I assume you’ll list with me…at a price that will cause your home to sell…correct? The real estate market is fluctuating so we will revisit the CMA as often as necessary. Does this make sense?
  • Our mortgage partner, First Mortgage Corporation, is always available to discuss various loan alternatives with you. Do you understand the various types of loans that are available to you when you purchase a new property? Should I have our loan representative call you?
  • Would you like to share with me the various features you’d like me to list on the features sheet?
  • You do want a sign and a lock-box don’t you? (If their community has a sign restriction, briefly explain now..then go into detail later.)
  • When you list with me….. your property will be viewed on all of these INTERNET sites and more!
