The games have to be quicker and a little more “fun” orientated.Children have a limited attention span, which makes it harder for themto pay attention for long periods of time; this makes the ice breakersand games for children more upbeat and active. Keeping children activeis the very best way to keep them interested. Team building activitiesfor kids can take place out side or inside, depending on the activitiesyou choose for the group. Below are a few great ideas for children teambuilding.Team building exercises for kidsCatch me if you can! Players should be paired up. All players divide intotwo lines (facing in) shoulder to shoulder, with partners facing eachother. Participants should be givenapproximately 30 seconds to look at their partners, taking in all detailsabout theindividual. The leader then instructs the two lines to turn and face awayfrom thecenter. One or both lines has 15-20 seconds to change something abouttheirappearance (i.e. change a watch to different wrist, unbutton a button, remove abelt, etc.). The change must be discrete, but visible to the partner. Theplayersagain turn in to face each other and have 30 seconds to discover thephysicalchanges that have been made. Players get to interact with each otherand havefun! All Rights Reserved © 2011 Team Building Activities HQ
