I am an expert in determining market value for homes. I list my clients’ homes at prices that they will sell at, in the timeframe that is desired by each client.   26. 26. Preparing Your Home To Sell<br />The unfortunate truth for sellers is that it is still a buyers' market. If you want your home to sell quickly, you not only have to have a real estate agent that knows how to price and market your home, you must have a Realtor that knows how to prepare your home to sell. Between working with my buyers and sellers, and selling homes for banks, I have in-depth knowledge on what buyers are looking for when they are walking though homes. I offer customized recommendations for preparing your home to sell to all my sellers. <br />
