A powerful mobile based application that leverages influencer’s fan following.  Fans follow them, they look at what they wear. Fans admire and like to be trend setters. This platform allows for fans to create an emotional connection with the gear that the athletes wear. Eventually, they buy it.  WhoHasIt allows this to happen We welcome you to enjoy our presentation.

TeamMAYDAY met with Lombardia Capital as a team the need for: WhoHasItApp - Propyrion™ Brand Influencer – ‘WhoHasItApp’ Brand Influencer – What’s That?  Defined as notable athlete or celebrity that has the the capacity to have an effect on a product by nothing more than being seen.  A Brand Influencer encourages the general public to purchase products by simply wearing them This is where WhoHasIt steps in as a support platform to inspire consumers to purchase what they’re wearing… in their closet!

TeamMAYDAY met with Lombardia Capital as a team the need for: WhoHasItApp - Propyrion™ Revenue Stream – ‘WhoHasItApp’ Revenue Stream (purchasing gear with affiliate marketing)  An Offer Example:  A $120 dollar pair of Nike shoes is clicked on in the influencer’s virtual closet  We have a deal where we get a negotiated % (depending on the brand) off of the price back for directing them a fan that bought the item  WhoHasIt gets compensation for every pair of shoes sold from the influencer’s closet and will pay commissions for: (ongoing compensation to influencers, referrals and brands)  Influencer  Influencer Referral  Brand Referral

TeamMAYDAY met with Lombardia Capital as a team the need for: WhoHasItApp - Propyrion™ Analytics – ‘WhoHasItApp’ Analytics (quantification to track performance)  On Instagram – if an influencer gets a 100,000 likes on a pair of shoes – those are Instagram’s consumer analytics  They own rights to market those analytics of an influencer and fans however fans choose.  WhoHasIt shares the analytics with the influencer, so that when a brand wants to track the performance know the every last detail about those 100,000 people (where they live, income, how old they are, etc), that brands will pay a pretty penny for – no athletes get 45% of that money too!  Customer acquisition can be defined through the metrics and once the data is crunched – manipulated for better performance and new strategies can be modified

Simple and Easy (why not?)  WhoHasIt offers a 3% referral fee for anyone that the influencer refers to the app and becomes active on the App  The commission is for the lifetime of that client & is never taken out of the influencer’s income  WhoHasIt will forecast, track and pay  If the referred influencer hits forecasted numbers, anyone who referred him to WhoHasIt would make compensation and receive a money for making the introduction
