A very clear and coherent message concentrating on the learning processes. However, beyond blogs and wikis comes the recording of learning outcomes and assessment. I believe that given all that you say, there should also be a specific reference to the powerful benefits of the e-Portfolio as the repository of each student's work, reflections, plans, mentoring, collaboration etc etc. Again, my perception of an e-Portfolio concurs with the concept of 'without borders'. The e-Portfolio works best when it is 'owned' by the student and is not restricted by any single institution but is freely portable.

with respect to the authors at Glendale, please see my efforts at www.maximise-ict.co.uk/eFolio-01.htm
