  3. 3. Our Accomplishments Our staff was trained to use data with their students and to make data based decisions through our Tinkerplots Training.
  4. 4. Our Accomplishments… Professional development sessions with a focus on developing higher levels of student discourse.
  5. 5. Our Accomplishments… Our DePict work focused on using various protocols including The Student Discourse Observation Protocol. DePict lessons were also videotaped and analyzed by all math teachers in the building.
  6. 6. Our Accomplishments… Teachers implemented higher level tasks and shared their anticipations and observations of their students’ thinking. This was a big step for many of our staff members!!!
