    A smartphone is a mobile phone that offers more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary feature phone. Examples;

    Business Week Research Services (BWRS) launched a research program in May 2008 to gauge the performance of U.S. small businesses and hence determine what benefits smart phones have on small businesses. What smart phones have a very positive impact on:
    Responsiveness to customers 82%
    Flexibility 81%
    Productivity 75%
    Organization/Coordination/Scheduling 73%
    Internal communication among workers 70%

    Further research can be done that would fully explore smartphone usage on engagement as research suggests that smartphone usage on engagement is positive but does not suggest that these effects are substantial.

    • As we have noted in the above slides smart phones have had a positive impact in our lives.
    • 12. They may have their disadvantages like everything in this world but overally their advantages outweigh their disadvantages.
    • 13. I feel like smart phones becoming the primary computing devices and likely to become the next PC’s for much of the developing world.
